Since 1994 IMCON has been building testing stands for industrial water meters of all commonly used nominal sizes (DN 50 mm to DN 150 mm). The objective of this new testing technology is a definite increase in performance coupled with a decreased need for space.
This new technology is perfectly scalable and can be adapted to your needs referring to the number of meters to be tested in your company. The degree of automation can also be made to fit your requirements. We offer manually operated test rigs as well as fully automated test benches.
The modular construction allows for a retrofit for a higher degree of automation at any time. The testing process for the automatic test is a `flying start and stop´.
Even combined versions of domestic water meters and industrial water meters (compound water meters) may be tested with ImCon Image Processing System automatically; the finding of the points of changeover can be fully automised.
The test data and the fault values are transferred into the VerDat Testing Database and can be drawn upon at any time. Of course all procedures may also be processed into extensive statistics.
