ImCon offers in cooperation with Justur modern gas meter test benches for domestic an industrial gas meters.
SZKD G 1,6 – G 6,0: Testing bench with critical (sonic) nozzles for residential gasmeters SZKD G 1,6 ÷ G6 is used for verifying residential gasmeters size G 1,6 ÷ G 6. Complete testing bench includes two lines (arms) with 5 fixing places of gasmeters on each line. If the needs of capacity are lower, it is possible to deliver testing bench with one line (arm) only.
We also offers Cubic standard equipment as test stations. These are used for the verification of domestic diaphragm gas meters of G1.6, G2.5, G4, G6, G10 sizes. This test method is one of the oldest methods and belong to very accurate and reliable methods.
For industrial gas meters our test benches are working up to G6500 (10.000m³/h).
Transportable etalon equipment TEZKD is used for carry-over of gas flow unit from higher etalon order to working etalons
The equipments are shockproof while transporting and are adjusted to be transported by a passenger car. The equipment contains vacuum supply (ejector). It is possible to test different flows because of parallel sequencing of branches with throat nozzles and their combination. The nozzles are easy-exchangeable.
